All the speakers were very focused and talking relevant.They have explicitly explained that Portfolio Pathway is a clearly structured programme and achievable if GMC guidance and RCEM curriculum is followed and candidate have knowledge, skills( clinical and non clinical) and experience and Organizational skills to collect and show evidence and have persistence and will to do it with the help of a mentor or supervisor who can guide and fight for him / her when needed.
